These terms apply to use of the Softucator website. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorized access to it.
Enquiries and appointment requests
Submitting an enquiry or selecting an appointment slot is a request for contact, not a confirmed appointment or a binding service agreement. A time is confirmed only after Softucator replies. Appointment slots are requested in India Standard Time.
Quotes and project scope
Project fees, deliverables, payment milestones, revisions, timelines, maintenance and responsibilities should be agreed in writing before work begins. Third-party fees, hosting, domain, advertising spend, premium tools and taxes are included only if explicitly stated in the quote.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, lawful content and rights or permissions for materials they supply. Delays in access, content or approvals may affect delivery dates.
Intellectual property
Ownership or licensing of project deliverables, source files, themes, plugins, stock assets and third-party materials will be defined in the relevant written agreement. Pre-existing tools and third-party licenses remain subject to their applicable terms.
SEO and advertising
No specific search ranking, traffic, lead, sales or advertising outcome is guaranteed. Platform decisions, algorithm updates, competition and market conditions can affect results.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not use this website to submit unlawful, abusive or malicious material. We may update content, features or these terms. The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Softucator is not liable for indirect loss arising solely from use of general website information or third-party outages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable law and dispute handling should be confirmed in a signed service agreement where relevant.
